Beginner: It is mainly aimed for people with little experience in sports. People that has recently joined or are yet to join the running world. This training is appropriate for any beginner with basic or no fitness level.
Intermediate: It is aimed for people with medium experience in sports. People that are active in any type of sports who join running and the ones with moderate experience in running. This training is appropriate for people that do sport regularly and are in good physical condition.
Advanced: It is primarily aimed for people with significant experience in sports. People involved in running previously and are in good physical condition. This training is appropriate for people who train regularly and want to take it to another level.
(In case of not knowing which level to choose, we suggest starting from the beginner level or to contacting us for further assistance)
The training packs are prepared for three months (excluding the 5 Km pack which is of 1 month of length). In the trainings you will find 3 to 5 weekly sessions, depending the chosen level.
The length of each training is approximately one and a half hours, but it varies depending on the level and day.
Most of the trainings do not require any material nor installation. It is suggested (if available) to train on an athletics track or similar where the distances are fixed. The use of a yoga mat or stretching mat is also recommended, due to the trainings including abdominal exercises (a towel, hoodie... can work as well).
It is advised to use running or confortable shoes.
Principiante: Está principalmente dirigido a personas con poca experiencia deportiva. Gente que acaba de entrar en el mundo del Running. Este entrenamiento es adecuado para cualquier persona principiante que empieza de un nivel basico o quiere empezar desde cero.
Intermedio: Está principalmente dirigido a personas con mediana experiencia deportiva. Gente que ha decidido adentrarse más en el Running. Este entrenamiento es adecuado para personas en forma física buena y que hacen deporte de vez en cuando.
Avanzado: Está principalmente dirigido a personas con notable experiencia deportiva. Gente que ha estado involucrado con el Running anteriormente o que esté en buena forma física. Este entremaniento es adecuado para personas que hacen deporte regularmente.
(En caso de no saber cuál elegir, recomendamos empezar por el nivel principiante o ponerse en contacto con nosotros)
Los entrenamientos están preparados para realizarse durante tres meses (excluyiendo el entrenamiento para la carrera de 5Km, la cual es de 1 mes). En los cuales tendremos de 3 a 5 sesiones semanales dependiendo del nivel.
La duración de un entrenamiento es aproximadamente de una hora y media, dependiendo del nivel y el día.
En la mayoría de los entrenamientos no se necesita ningún material ni instalación. Sería faborable poder entrenar en una pista de atletismo o similar donde las distancias estén marcadas. El uso de una esterilla también es recomendable, ya que los entrenamientos incluyen abdominales (una toalla, jersey... puede servir).
Es recomendable usar unas zapatillas de correr cómodas.
